In keeping with the eco-responsible luxury approach, future residents will be able to take environmental awareness courses. The purchase price of one of these residences will vary between 5 and 15 million euros.
The Benkemouns' villa in Arles
A true architectural manifesto
In a completely different register than the previous ones, it was in the early 1970s that Mr. and Mrs. Benkemoun called upon the architect Emile Sala to build a house near Arles, inspired by Le Corbusier.
A few decades later, the Benkemoun daughter has made it primarily an exhibition space for artists, but also a place for seminars, shootings or even a vacation spot with hotel service on request.
It has 5 rooms including 4 suites, a large design lounge, a dining room and a large kitchen. Outside, there is a 100m2 terrace and 1 hectare of land with a pool and pool house.
