Louis Vuitton has teamed up with Mory Sacko for the opening of its first French restaurant. Mory Sacko, known from the TV show Top Chef, is now the host of the show “Cuisine ouverte: un chef sur la route” broadcast on France 3.

This June, he took over the mythical Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez by opening “Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton” in the White 1921 hotel (LVMH). On the menu, French recipes with a Japanese and African touch.

4. Noja by Cotton Lifestyle, Ibiza
Nordic and Japanese cuisine by Cotton Food Lab
Since last winter, Noja restaurant has been nestled in an intimate and elegant setting in the center of Ibiza, offering Japanese cuisine made with fresh products from the cold waters of the Great North.

Here, there is no fixed menu, everything depends on the catch and the chef’s desires. The restaurant can accommodate only 24 people, 14 at the bar and 10 at the small tables for an exclusive and peaceful experience.

The Zuma Ibiza Pop up opens its doors this summer only! It will be located in the lively Botafoch marina. On the rooftop of the Ibiza Gran Hotel, the sushi bar and open kitchen will take center stage, with chefs cooking signature dishes such as spicy sesame beef tenderloin; miso-marinated black cod; yuzu tiger prawns; or grilled sea bass with chili and ginger.
6. Beach Caves, Ibiza
A enticing and unique new entertainment venue
Opened last May, the Beach Caves Restaurant offers local and seasonal cuisine inspired by Latin America. The bar offers a careful selection of Latin American spirits in a majestic setting. In this Six Senses venue, the emphasis is on art, music and entertainment, with special attention to the environment.
DJs, artists, local and international musicians can be found in the Xarraca Room, which can also host private parties for up to 150 guests.
